BRIDGEKIDS

We long for our church to be a space where children can come to know God deeply and follow Him. BridgeKids creates room for our children to engage with the truths of Scripture in a way that they can understand and apply to their own lives.

OUR MISSION: Our mission is to help children grow in their relationship with Christ, learn Biblical truths and encourage them in their faith journey.

WHAT TO EXPECT: BridgeKids begins after the announcements, just before the sermon begins. The speaker will dismiss the BridgeKids to meet with their teachers near the entryway. The session lasts about 45 minutes, and teachers and children return to the main hall when worship begins. The session typically begins with an activity that gives the children an idea of what they will be learning that day. The lesson takes place, giving children the opportunity to read Scripture, watch a video and participate in mindful discussion. The lesson is wrapped up with an activity that ties the lesson together and is then closed in prayer.

OUR PHILOSOPHY: BridgeKids is more than just Sunday School. It is a program that provides a safe and welcoming environment for children to ask questions, share ideas and concerns, learn and grow in their faith and pray.
